I think most of you would agree that Friday and Saturday nights are perfect for Netflix, wine, and pizza, am I right?!?! Welllll, I am here to share with you one of Jacksonville's latest additions, Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza!!!
Blaze gives you a quality 11' pizza with artisanal ingredients! The dough is gluten free and you have a choice of regular, spicy, or white sauce and toppings galore! The concept is pretty cool. You can order a specialty pizza from their menu or you can create your own for under $8 bucks. Once your pizza is made, they place it in a "blazing" hot oven that cooks your pie to crispy, gooey perfection in just 3 minutes!
It's like a Subway for pizza! You walk down the assembly line, the employees are super nice and very eager to help you create you pizza masterpiece.
My pizza had a bunch of yummy toppings! You can really have a field day knowing that you're only getting charged $7.95 for as many toppings as you want. I added regular sauce, mozzarella, feta cheese, pepperoni, italian sausage, chicken, red onions, green peppers, spinach, oregano, sea salt, and chopped garlic! It was AMAZEBALLS! The crust was nice and crispy on the outside and a little chewy on the inside just like I like it! The best part was that it was ready in 180 seconds! That's exceptional service if you ask me!
I really like Blaze! It is a great addition to the River City Marketplace. I've had it for dinner two Friday nights in a row now! Next time I'll try a pizza with all fancy ingredients like zucchini, mushrooms, and a white sauce. I've got so many choices!
