My girls and I decided it was time for a ladies night and we decided to go for something where we could get down and dirty with the food. At Boiling Crawfish that is exactly what you can do! Located in the Marshall's shopping plaza off of Normandy, Boiling Crawfish is clearly the spot to be on a Friday or Saturday night as you can see by the line coming out of the door!
My only complaint was that I noticed on the menu that while their prices are relatively yet understandably high, they charge an additional 12% just for dining in their restaurant. That makes absolutely NO sense to me. Some of us felt some type of way about it but we stayed anyways because we were looking forward to trying the food. I'm glad we did because it was amazing!
One of my friends got the crawfish tray that came with your typical country boil corn, potatoes, and sausage. It was also loaded with shrimp and crawfish and a buttery sauce that had all of us licking our fingers!
The rest of us got the crab leg trays with the same fixings, sausage, potato, and corn. It was seasoned perfectly! I didn't particularly like that the shrimp weren't deveined but I let it slide and did it myself. You have the option to get a mild, hot, and super hot seasoning. Although I love spicy food, I wanted to really enjoy this so I went with mild. What really sets of the tray is the BC sauce that they cover your dish with! It's buttery deliciousness!
To cap off the night, we ordered drinks and overall, our ladies night at Boiling Crawfish was finger licking good. Although I didn't like getting charged to dine in their establishment, I'll probably go back.
